Civil Rights Defenders seeking officer to Moldova

As programme officer for Moldova, you will lead the opening of the Civil Rights Defenders office in Chisinau. You will also be responsible for developing a program to support human rights defenders in Transnistria.



Vem är du?
• A bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations or the like, including training in international mechanisms for the protection of human rights.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience with human rights.
• Working experience in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, preferably in human rights, and extensive knowledge of the human rights situation in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
• Documented experience in project management or similar in non-governmental organizations (NGO-work).
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Knowledge of Romanian is a plus.
• Frequent travel toTransnistria is part of this position.
•THE OFFICER OF MALDOVA WILL BE BASED IN CHISINAU, MOLDAVA.
