We are looking for a person with experience from shipping or forwarder industry to take on a position as Client Coordinator at Maersk Line Customer Service in Gothenburg. You will be the customer´s single point of contact, be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relations, handle booking exceptions and drive improvements.

The vacant position is located at the office at Mölndalsvägen, Gothenburg.

- Be the customer´s single point of contact
- Maintain and develop customer relations
- Handle booking exceptions
- Handle daily communication with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Identify and drive process improvements
- Be visible in the organization and act cross-functionally
- Take ownership and identify the "Voice of the Customer"
- Strive to reach team targets
- Be responsible for the own personal development

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate is proactive, result driven, serviceminded and has a commercial mindset. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with other people. You are able to take on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and strive to deliver excellence in the details.

We are looking for an individual open for changes and challenges and with the ability to take on tasks in a can-do spirit. We value the ability to identify necessary actions and implement appropriate solutions, as well as preventive actions and process reviews leading to improvements. We would like the candidate to have Customer Service knowledge and other higher education. Applicants need fluent skills in English and experience from shipping or forwarder industry. Swedish or other Scandinavian language is an absolute requirement.
