Maersk Logistics is represented through a network of more than 200 offices worldwide operating in some 70 countries, offering Supply Chain Management solutions from manufacturer through to retailer.Services offered include container stuffing and consolidation, documentation services, airfreight services, as well as warehousing and distribution.Advanced information technology is used to manage supply chains as well as in providing information to clients.Maersk Logistics Customer Service plays an important role as the contact point for our customers on a daily basis to deliver what our customers expect from us.Co-operation within the team and with other departments is vital as well as keeping a high level of quality in the tasks performed.The Customer Service department in Stockholm consists of 15 motivated and internationally oriented client coordinators.Together we provide world class customer service to all Maersk Logistics customers.The right person will, after this period, have a good chance of being offered a permanent position. Client Coordinator The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: - Working experience in the shipping industry - Experience from customer service departments in same or other industries - Good IT skills (knowledge in SAP and MODS is an advantage) - Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.- Good communication skills.We also expect You to have: - The ambition to do a superior job and have the ability to handle high volumes of work in excellent co-operation with customers, colleagues and other involved parties - The desire and ability to take on responsibility and hence deliver what we promise to our external and internal customers - The sense of urgency, initiative and independence but at the same time put "we" before "I".- Have an outstanding attention to details - Be innovative and welcoming change Application: Please apply by registering your application and attaching CV and cover letter at www.maersk.com as soon as possible but no later than June 30, 2007.
