For our customer in the pharmaceutical industry we are now looking for a Clinical Developement Associate Manager. The consultant assignment will start in February and go on until 2014-12-31 with possibilities for extension.

Arbetsuppgifter
You will lead and coordinate activities that ensure quality, consistency, and integration of study data and progress operational deliverables from Study Specifications through study close-out activities and Clinical Study Report. You will work with and lead cross-functionality on global studies across different phases of drug development and different therapy areas.

Youre main responsibilities will be:

- coordinate operational aspects of the company and investigator sponsored studies
- lead and participate in activities that ensure quality, consistency and integration of study data
- interface with data management center to facilitate the delivery of study data
- implement globally agreed operations and clinical development strategies
- provide input and review data management deliverables
- lead the preparation of study documents
- ensure timely entry and update appropriate information into - tracking and communication tools
- ensure the supply of study materials and investigational product
- support the study delivery team and clinical advice and assurance in the development of and implementation of audits and regulatory inspections
- monitor study conduct and progress
- proactively identifying to and resolving with the clinical development manager

Utbildning/erfarenhet
You hold a Bachelor of Science degree in related discipline, preferably in medical, biological or health related sciences, or equivalent work experience in directly related fields. Additionally you have experience working on clinical studies across different phases of drug development, relevant industry or health care experience, proven organizational and analytical skills and understanding of the clinical study and drug development process and GCP/ICH guidelines in relation to study delivery operational activities. You have a computer proficiency and excellent knowledge of spoken and written english.

As a person you are willing to work and lead cross-functionally, e.g. with internal and external partners, on global studies, across different phases of drug development or different therapy areas. You have excellent communication skills and demonstrate ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. You have the ability to plan, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external meetings and display excellent organization and time management as well as mentoring skills and ability to develop others.
