CM & Copywriter in American English and French

As the Customer Manager and Copywriter for our US/UK/FR markets you are responsible for all the local sales and support for the English and French speaking markets, including customer support, translations and local sales initiatives. Customer support is handled purely online and your job responsibilities include continuously writing marketing copy, translating the site content, developing our newsletters and other texts for social media.

Stardolls target audience is girls aged 7-15 years and older. Together with our production team you will set the tonality for our products. In order to be able to communicate with the target group it is imperative that you are fluent in both English and French and that you know the appropriate vocabulary for this media. Since the game is set in a fashion environment it is important that you have a genuine interest in the fashion industry and good knowledge about it as a whole.

In the role as Copywriter your responsibilities will be to write shorter texts, news items, announcements, as well as put together notifications, notices and campaign texts for all our products both for mobile and web.

Qualifications:

· We are looking for a native English speaker from North America & French speaker

· Ability to write short and concise texts which appeal to the target audience

· Experience working with marketing is a major plus

· Excellent understanding of the target audience and their online culture

· Frequent user of Social Media and it is merited if you have had your own blog

· Experience in Photoshop Illustrator is a plus


As a person you are service minded, meticulous, you can handle stress well and you are sales-oriented. We are looking for someone who is a good writer and has the ability to engage people with their written language.

This position is in our Stockholm office. You must live in the Stockholm area or nearby.
