Commercial Controller to International Automotive Company

We are currently recruiting a Commercial Controller to join our client’s team in Kista/Stockholm. The successful candidate will report to CFO and be involved to drive performance and growth of the business.

The Commercial Controller will manage the financial activities mainly related to the management of the budget/forecast process; manage monthly/quarterly reports, month end closing duties and analysis of the marketing and sale’s performance. The Commercial Controller will be the reference point of the Brands.

The main activities of the job are:

 Financial report:

* Estimation of the discounts accrual; monitoring system’s loading; loading P&L as per HQ request in respect of the IAS Gaap
* Preparing the Company reporting to be sent to HQ (Hyperion)
* Manage the Budget and Forecast process
* Participating to internal and external Audit meeting with the aim the support eventual request for documentation or explanations.

 Controlling:

* Manage the P/L of the different department involved and support the commercial activities for sales of vehicles and Parts.
* Insure the internal control of the activity and analyze/explain the major differences in term of budget/forecast deviations
* Analysis of the actual economics versus the latest forecast/budget, performing analysis of full P&L by brands.
* Price controlling and analysis in compliance with the internal procedures.
* Evaluation of commercial action in relation with the budget availability. Analysis of the action (margin and discounts) to be discussed and explain to the Management.

Profile:

* Good accounting skills
* Finance background
* Previous experience in a similar role as commercial controller or Internal/External Audit (about 2-5 years’ experience).
* Good usage of SAP and Excel
* Fluent English and Finnish. Swedish knowledge will be a plus
