Opportunity description


In this role you are responsible for customer satisfaction, market share, sales and profitability of machine sales and productivity services, including machine volumes, gross margin, price realization and market penetration on designated markets, by managing prices and other commercial agreements
Work together with the Service market manager and Head of market area as part of a cross-functional team together with distribution partners and regional functions to drive the agreed strategic business targets and dealer change management.


Work together with regional functions in prioritization of needs and agreed activity plans within assigned markets.
With high level of business acumen, holistic view and continuous improvement approach, collaborate closely with colleagues and dealer partners to reach the targets.


Job content
Develop a high performing dealer network for selected dealer markets, in close collaboration with retail development function
Drive and develop a value adding partnership relationship with its dealer partners
Develop strategic, tactical and operational business plans for machine business and productivity services together with assigned dealer partners
Actively support the development and implementation of company’s targets for productivity services, as well support targets for uptime and parts services
Break down the plans into activities and drive implementation, initiate corrective actions as necessary
Drive customer satisfaction, machine market share, volume and price in the dealer markets
Responsible for the machine forecasting process and performance, including full pipeline analysis in assigned markets
Drive product launches according to plans
Run the tender process as necessary for direct sales or special project deals with the Dealers
Collaborate closely with regional functions to communicate market needs and requirements and set the framework for functional interaction with dealers.
