Rebtel is looking for a Commercial Product Manager with a winning attitude ready to spearhead our commercial efforts towards our Spanish speaking markets

 

As a Commercial Product Manager you are responsible for identifying key market requirements and opportunities, crafting powerful and innovative go-to-market strategies to unlock those opportunities and leading cross functional teams to execution.

You will work closely with our Marketing, Acquisition and Product teams in a coordinating role securing alignment towards success. You are ready to work hard and celebrate success together with a truly diverse team of 80 people with more than 30 different nationalities and looking for that rare combination: the spirit and excitement of a startup with an already existing and continuously growing business




Responsibilities:

Lead market assessment towards Rebtel’s Spanish markets to identify new product and proposition opportunities. Represent the voice of the market and the user by conducting industry research and competitive analysis
Crafting and driving proposition and go-to-market strategies to realise company goals on revenue, user acquisition and profitability
Act as the glue between the user and our internal stakeholders within Marketing and user Acquisition teams as well as Product development
Analyze proposition performance together with our BI team, synthesise customer feedback and advocate improvements


 
Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience of driving commercial innovation and coordinating multiple stakeholders towards a joint goal
Analytical and data driven decision-as well as possessing an understanding of market positioning
A strong will to win, to beat our competitors, and to fight until you do
Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills, and a great ability to collaborate across teams
Fluency in Spanish and English
Structured approach to work, with an ability to prioritize tasks, create roadmaps, multitask and get shit done
Self-starter who takes initiative, do the unconventional and execute
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
