What you’ll do
We are the Digital Strategy and Execution team – a part of our bigger Digital Core department. Our business capabilities and units include Transformation Office, Delivery Control Tower, Sourcing, Program Management, Growth & Team Enablement, India Teach Hub, Intelligent Automation and Digital Operation Excellence. We are now looking for a colleague that will join our Growth & Team Enablement unit. In this role you will work with communication and change management activation for Digital Core and the Digital Strategy & Execution team. 
For our new employees, you will create an Onboarding portal, provide content in it, and arrange inspiring onboarding days together with the lead for onboarding. You will drive, engage and activate different Digital Core communities/Teams channels. You will support the Digital Core leadership team with change communication and prepare relevant content. 
Moreover, you will foster collaboration between the People Experience department and Digital Core. You will be the point of contact in dialogues regarding communication. You will make sure to understand the drivers behind business requirements. Lastly, you will set a communication plan for Digital Core and prepare, facilitate and be a key participant to drive the department forward.

For this position you can be based either in Gothenburg, Stockholm or Lund. If you are based in Stockholm or Lund it will be necessary to visit our HQ in Gothenburg on a regular basis.
What you’ll bring
We are searching for a Communicator and Change Agent who is proficient in communicating efficiently with experience of working with digital transformation, preferably in an IT organization. You are probably working in a tactical role today, and you have high personal quality standards, understanding that the output will be delivered to senior management. 
You have previous experience in products/projects involving international colleagues, on- and offsite. You have an ability to voice and negotiate priorities, and you have solid experience of supporting initiatives that cover diverse and vast areas of the business. You are used to managing initiatives in a business environment with a global scope. Experience of SharePoint and creating pages in the system is an advantage.
We believe that you have a creative mindset and thinking. You are a self-starter with the ability to deliver with speed and quality simultaneously. You know how to communicate effectively and consistently in business terms, and you enjoy building qualitative relationships with your stakeholders. We expect that you have an excellent level of English. Lastly, you have really good attention to details.
