Academic Work on behalf of a client is seeking a Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Manager for their Stockholm office.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment and our client's wish is that all calls and emails on the service goes to Academic Work

The job is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is done by Academic Work, but you will be employed directly by our client.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Manager, you will work with internal processes, compensation and benefit programs in order to increase the company's competitiveness. The job involves continuous contact and follow up with both internal employees and external parties. You will also act as a link between HR and finance by contributing to the financial aspects of HR and analyze relevant KPIs.

You will, for example:

• handle annual wage revision, incentive plans, calculations and payments

• conduct internal pay comparisons with related data analysis

• prepare wage proposals to recruitment and internal promotions

• investigate various benefit trends and suggest changes in order to increase employee engagement

• develop internal benefit documents and processes and ensure that reporting is done correctly

• ensure that wages are paid monthly and correctly according to internal standards

• continuously update the company´s audit records

• be responsible so that the company follows developments regarding collective bargaining, labor law, taxes and other rules for compensation and benefits in the local market

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• has a university degree in a relevant field, such as HR, finance or similar

• have at least 2 years of experience of working in HR in a managing position

• have at least 2 years of experience of working with payroll issues

• are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, since these are the languages used in everyday communication in the workplace.

• are an experienced user of Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

It is an advantage if you:

• have experience of working in an international environment

• have experience of working in SAP
