Compliance Assistant to international company

[Responsibilities] Have a knowledge of consumer industry privacy protection practices and an adequate understanding of quality operation demands of competition law, consumer rights protection, and media content compliance;
Identify the risks of privacy protection, competition law, consumer rights protection, and media content compliance in consumer business domain.
Follow and adapt the requirements of the CEENordic Region of Consumers Business Group. Provide guidance for business departments to develop mitigations, helping to achieve business compliance objectives.
Set up a good communication mechanism with Nordic Consumers Business teams. Continuously improve the team's compliance awareness and ensure that team members clearly understand compliance requirements.
Manage to handle data subject requirements. And assist business director in organizing data breach handling and cyber security incident handling.
Work with legal team to keep tracking local privacy protection and consumers legislation.

[Qualifications] Knowledge of relevant privacy, competition and consumers rights laws, regulations and standards, in particular GDPR. And IAPP certification, background in legal is preferred.
Minimum 1 year relevant quality operation and laws compliance experience in multinational ICT companies or supervision institution.
Knowledge of information systems and technology background.
Strong learning and understanding ability, good communication and coordination ability, positive work attitude.
Fluent in both English and Chinese
