Compliance Specialist to EnterCard, Stockholm

Your main responsibilities will include:


Evaluate and minimize the probability/consequences of compliance risks



Maintain and develop the compliance framework and make sure the compliance framework is known in the organization





Provide compliance training for new employees and to ECA               


Support the policy life cycle management process and support the regulatory affairs reporting process



Perform spot checks as required



Develop customer protection within EnterCard



Perform activities in accordance the compliance plan



Present monthly compliance reporting and provide counseling in compliance  matters



Act as a point of contact for regulatory authorities


 

At EnterCard we value a mixture of personality and formal experience, and in order for you to deliver in your role we assume you have:


Master of Laws and experience of a financial institution or regulated authority



Strong competence in the compliance area



Sound influencing skills and proficiency in English
