We are currently seeking a passionate individual to drive our software development into the future, in the role of Configuration Manager.

You will be part of the Framework team and work with 10 other equally skilled and passionate engineers. The team is responsible for software architecture, software releases, and tool and process support for gearbox management systems. The team is working agile in a value creation landscape, where team delivery is in focus. The team is characterized by a strong sense of community and team spirit, and have fun together.   

Assignment

As a Configuration Manager, you will have a key role in the software development, by being responsible for leading and coordinate our releases, branching and version management of the software. You are also responsible for driving improvements such as improving the software quality assurance by implementing check-in criteria’s, and increase automated test pipelines in our CI/CD tool chain. In parallel with the daily work, long-term strategic work is also needed to develop methods and tools to further support our DevOps journey.  

Your profile

You probably have a master’s degree in computer science, engineering physics or equivalent. You have good knowledge of real-time system development, and have experience in coding, preferably in C, Matlab Simulink and Python. Experience from working with CI/CD preferably in Git and test automation is also required. Experience from the automotive industry and working with safety-critical systems is a merit.

You have motivation and initiative, and drive improvementhe organisation toward set goals. You have the ability to create structure in complex tasks. Good communication skills and good knowledge of English is also required, since this is a role with great interaction with many interfaces.
