Your role:

As a Consultant in Lean Manufacturing, you will work in teams of consultants in the role of an expert in engineering or manufacturing, helping clients to achieve new performance highs. You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of Lean Manufacturing approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. In addition to working directly with clients, you will also share your experience and insights with colleagues internationally, thereby expanding our knowledge and refining our approaches in the field of Lean Manufacturing.

Your profile:

- You have a proven track record in an industry or consulting environment.
- You have professional experience in the introduction and implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts, e.g., the Toyota Production System, Kaizen methods, TPM, JIT, SMED.
- You have an excellent university degree.
- You have outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
- You show great initiative and creativity, working well both on your own or in a team.
- You are confident, enthusiastic, and mobile.
- You are able to convince others through your written or spoken communication in swedish, as well as in English.
