Consumer Dialogue and Advising Specialist

Be part of the future of food

We are looking for to fill two new positions to support the Swedish Organisations. As Consumer dialogue and advising specialists you are a part of our customer service team in Sweden and your target is to ensure the consumer experience in accordance to the Fazer Brand.

Your will support Fazer Lifestyle, Fazer Bakery and Fazer Confectionary in Sweden. Key tasks are to reply received feedback, complaints, ideas and to handle questions regarding products such as confectionary, bakery, various non-dairy and fruit based products in various channels. You will also have community management tasks and responsibilities over selected Fazer Swedish social media accounts.

The team specialists actively participate in developing the teams common processes, information and internal stakeholder cooperation.

In your daily work you document the different feedback cases and replies in our Customer Feedback database and are responsible for feedback data maintenance, reporting and communication.

You cooperate closely with our different stakeholders such as: product development, Production, Marketing, Communications and Branding and you are responsible for replying to consumers feedback and for keeping up a dialogue with customers as well as handling possible compensations.

These are permanent and full time positions. The location will be Stockholm or Lidköping depending on the right candidates and you will report to the Consumer Service Manager in Finland.

What you will bring to the team

In order to succeed in this role, we expect you to have a relevant academic education within food industry, a good knowledge of nutrition and special diets and allergies as well as experience of multi-channel customer service. You are familiar with regulations within different food industries, consumer rights.

You are fluent in English and Swedish and have worked with Salesforce Service Cloud or other CRM systems, Social Studio / other social media community management tools. You are familiar with using Office programs and social media tools.

As a person you enjoy having dialogue with our customers. You are a flexible team player, systematic, have high sense of responsibility and enjoy having a role in as an active developer of different processes.
