About the job The platform is built upon a number of systems and applications. Nortel/Avaya IP Telephony, Genesys Contact Center platform, Nice call recording and Trio voice response are the most central. This platform is a vital part of Swedbanks present and future digital platform, used by numerous customer service centers within Sweden and Baltics.
As a Contact Center & Telephony developer your work will consist of:
Development and maintenance of services within the systems platform.
Troubleshooting and maintenance on the platform on a "level 3" (the most advanced level).
Participate in analysis of new business requirements.
Support full lifecycle of application software development from project, planning, development, implementation and maintenance.
Contact with vendors and customers.
Be part in the on-call team.
What you need to succeed To do this the best way possible, you need to operate both independently and in a group while taking responsibility for completing your tasks. Since you will take part in vendor and client meetings (also international) it is beneficial to have good business and communication skills. An analytical and methodical way of working will help you to be successful as part of your assignment consists of troubleshooting.

Avaya "blue" platform (CS1000)
Session Border Controller from AudioCode
Knowledge in SIP protocol
Genesys platform development
Experience on application- and web development in Genesys PSDK,
Understanding of Oracle/SQL.
Knowledge in areas of Microsoft Servers.
Basic knowledge in areas of Unix/Linux

Be fluent in English (Swedish is an advantage)
