We are looking for a new colleague within Digital Communications.
The Content Manager will define and implement the content roadmap (strategy) and plan in close collaboration with key stakeholders across central/market. You will drive continuous improvement with key stakeholders and ensure development focuses to enable a good user experience, improved brand perception, generate leads and enable sales.
The incumbent will participate in different forums/projects to identify needs and provide recommendations/advice for optimal content usage and efficiency, this being a global role.
This is a permanent position that reports to the Global Director Digital Platforms & Processes and will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As a Content Manager, you will collaborate and communicate across the organization to define and drive omni-channel content management process and standardized documentation.
Define and follow-up on content quality framework
Drive proactive alignment and capability build with content owners looking ahead at opportunities and challenges
Own and drive the Channel Activation Calendar across digital channels in close collaboration with content owners
Follow the performance of content across our digital channels to continuously identify opportunities and make recommendations on channel development and effectiveness in an omnichannel environment
Define and drive an omni-channel Content Lifecycle Process
Owner and driver of content owner global community
Drive content structure and page template design across channels based on UX, user journeys and our Design System
Govern the content infrastructure, including language and market sites
Educate and inform colleagues across functions on content performance terminology, concepts, insights, and recommendations
Develop and share best practices and learning content for digital channel performance competence development in the markets
Support markets and global stakeholders by answering questions related to content management and SEO
Support Products & Solutions and Marketing Automation team in campaign best practice
Develop and maintain keyword Framework for English keywords globally

Who you are
We believe you have at least 3 years of experience managing content activation and driving optimization, either from an international company or a digital agency. You have experience from working together with digital stakeholders/agencies on delivering results. It is a requirement that you have a university degree in Marketing, Business or Communications. Relevant digital communication/marketing certificates are a merit. You have proven experience from managing channel activation planning and publish management in omnichannel environment. Also, you have strong UX and SEO skills and a passion for driving content optimization across a digital ecosystem. Acting as expert, providing best practice for content and campaign owners comes naturally for you. Furthermore, experience in CMS is required and experience of Adobe Experience Manager is a plus. You have a good grasp of web analytics to generate insights and share actionable improvement suggestions.

The professional skills needed in this role is strong collaboration capability, the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization. As well, you are a pragmatic person, able to find solutions and work under pressure. We are looking for a result orientated and self-motivated person with strong customer focus eager to find new opportunities to deliver. You pay strong attention to details balanced with the ability to see the larger context.
Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.
