Dina arbetsuppgifter
In a constantly dynamic environment with a lot of tasks at hand, your main responsibility will be to manage and administrate the various content management systems in Medivir e.g. the Intranet, website, collaboration platform, and the controlled document management system.
As a Content Manager, you will for example:
- Manage user access, rights and roles
- Interacting with end users to determine user requirements.
- Adapt and adjust the layout and workflows in our documents management systems.
- Ensure system compliance towards GxP and other regulations.
- Acting as the expert on clinical systems and general document management.
- Draft and review material for the Intranet and website.

Start: Immediately with regard to notice period
Location: Huddinge


Din profil
We are looking for:
- Holding an academic science degree, preferably in IT or a subject like chemistry, biology, pharmacology, or medicine.
- Have experience with SharePoint
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
- Can take independent responsibility for whole systems and applications.
- Enjoys a rapidly changing context with fluid structures.
- Used to working with outsourced and contracted counterparts.

It will be considered an additional qualification if you have:
- 3+ years of relevant life science industry document management experience.
- Other document management systems like Veeva Systems.
- Has worked in a life science context and is confident with document management systems in regulated domains.
- Swedish, speaking and writing.

Personal characteristics:
You are entrepreneurial by heart, willing to take on different hats and tasks in a fast pace environment. You have good people skills and negotiator, ready and happy to take a heated but constructive debate with colleagues and end users.

Medivir is well established within the life science industry and the main task at hand for the organization is to develop innovative pharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer. Medivir specializes in protease inhibitor research and nucleotide/nucleoside science. Our research is conducted in all phases of pharmaceutical development, from idea to clinical phase III studies. The development work is conducted both in-house and through partnerships.
