At the moment we are looking for a Contract Manager to join the Technologies department within our Research and Development organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
An essential element of our technology development work are relations and cooperation with external parties and these are regulated by different contracts and agreements including for instance non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders and development agreements. As Contract Manager you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of these contracts. You will drive the entire process from start to execution. You will analyze contract requirements, terms and conditions and prepare material for internal assessments as well as coordinate involvement of necessary personnel from other parts of the organization. You will be our main external interface for contractual matters and you will participate in meetings and negotiations with suppliers and cooperation partners. Furthermore you will manage our portfolio of existing contracts ensuring duly execution, consistency and validity.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an analytical and structured person who has a master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other relevant area combined with an evident interest and good knowledge regarding contracting process and concepts. Hence, we would expect that you for instance have the ability to draft simple contractual documents in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.

We believe that you are a driven and goal oriented individual with very good communication and people skills. You are a fast learner and easily familiarize yourself with complex technologies from many different areas.

The Technologies department’s mission is to understand and influence what users within the network video market want and need in the future, and to early provide a corresponding competence and technology basis that enable Axis to efficiently develop innovative and highly competitive products and features.
