With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it’s via stores, online or through events.

Axel Arigato currently has 7 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg & Paris with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 100 members of staff in 7 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Controller at our Gothenburg HQ. When working with us you can expect to work with great colleagues in a rapidly expanding fashion company, where every day brings unique challenges and possibilities. The Controller proactively works with respective departments to ensure high-quality output and effective business support. You will be responsible for performing ongoing analysis, data validation and reporting of internal and external key figures and decision material. You will be expected to take an active role in the budgeting and forecasting process and contribute to continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Daily analysis of the company's transactional flows
• Create and develop key figures and reports that help the company's various departments to better measure and follow up their daily operations
• Ensure fast and qualitative reports of the company's KPI’s
• Develop and compile daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
• Together with the company's departments, map and improve workflows and processes
• Develop, improve and be a superuser in the company's BI tool
• Participate in the month-end process
• Participate in the company's forecast and budget process

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or similar
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Highly analytical and self-driven
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Open-Minded, confident, and independent with a team spirit
• Eager to learn and encouraged to embrace new situations and opportunities
• Business-interested and curious about how flows are built up and connected
• Ability to create and build networks internally and externally
• Attention to detail and ability to "read" numbers
• Experience in a multichannel sales organization is a plus but not a requirement
• Experience from working in a BI such as Qlik or Power BI, is a plus but not a requirement
• Fluent in English, both written and speech
• Swedish is a plus but not a must
• Experience in Retail, Wholesale, or Online is considered to be an advantage
