Controller to Skånemejerier Malmö

We are looking for a Controller to join our team within a function called Milk Collection at Skånemejerier. The main objectives of this position is to support the department to optimize the business and help for strategic decisions.
If you are interested in working with figures and also have an interest in agriculture this could be a very good opportunity to develop your skills. Milk collection department focuses are ?milklogistic? from farms, milk- and farmquality, payment to farmers and industrial milksales. The position will be a temporary substitute during 18 months for one of our colleagues who will be on maternity leave.
In this position you will report directly to the Milk Collection Director with a dotted line to the controlling department.

The position is placed in Malmö.

Your main responsibilities will be:

? Prepare a very detailed reporting, on a monthly bases
? Analyze results and deviations
? Propose action plan
? Control cost for department Milk Collection
? Analyze usage of all incoming milk with our milk balance manager at Supply department
? Prepare budget 2018
? Forecast prices and volumes
? Control of figures for payment to farmer transferred to our delivering farmers cooperativ
? Support Agro Supply administrator selling equipment to farmers.

To stay successful in this role it is important to keep yourself updated about the world market price for commodities and to also have a stong undestanding in price calculations for industrial sales (milk, cream,...)
It is also important to keep yourself informed about the milk collection department?s overall work and about other department like industry and supply chain interacting with our department.

Besides the above we are looking for a candidate that has a natural ability to collaborate both within the team and with other stakeholders. We expect the candidate to have a high level of ambition and to be very accurate in all aspect of his/her work.
Desired background of the ideal candidate would be an academic degree. If experience from an industry within the agriculture field it is positive. You are expected to work in excel with an advanced knowledge. High level of Swedish and English is expected in this position.
