Controller Division Reporting

We currently have a vacancy for a Controller of Division Reporting in our RCS (Rail Control Solutions) Division based at division HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. The selected candidate will support all RCS business controlling and reporting at both a division and group level.They will prepare month-end financial reports (draft results, results per region, monthly operating review (MOR) packages, new finance executive cockpit information) and collect, analyse and quality check narratives for P&L, Balance Sheet and cash-flow items for actuals vs.budget. Additionally, they will be responsible for the Cash-Planner tool within the division and for the sign-off of cash forecasts made by the regions.They will analyse and quality check cash inflow projections, assess risks & opportunities (R&O) on the cash inflows and liaise with the central treasury team in Berlin.The selected candidate will be regularly involved in strategic planning, as well as the budgeting and forecasting processes.Further responsibilities will include: reporting data on non-conformity cost, collecting and checking new orders and their gross margins, as well as Estimate At Completion (EAC) change requests. For this role ensuring the accuracy and timelines of monthly results, added value in the analysis of the data, compliance with group finance directives and maintaining good relationships with regional controlling and group treasury, will all represent key challenges. The successful candidate for this role will possess: 3-5 years' controlling experience, ideally within the context of a multinational/industrial group.In-depth knowledge of controlling, financial analysis and editing narratives in English.Experience in managing cash inflow projections, process control and alignment with Group and Corporate directives, and project accounting with "percentage of completion method".Experience of working within an international, multicultural environment.The selected candidate will be motivated at the prospect of joining a dynamic, international team, will take responsibility for the accuracy of deliverables, will have a strong sense of attention to detail and analysis, will be Excel/spreadsheet literate and display the utmost integrity in their working practices. For this role prior experience with SAP (or equivalent reporting and accounting systems), as well as fluent business-level Swedish represent significant advantages. Qualifications A university degree in Business Administration (Finance, Accounting and Controlling) and 2-5 years professional experience are prerequisites for this position.
