Operations Coordinator for Resources, Logistics and Event-Timing

EST is looking for a proactive team member for operations and event support.
This includes responsibility for our equipment (IT & Timing) and storage logistics as well as in-house production and timing coordination (team and equipment) on events.

EST Electronic Sport Timing AB is the main partner in electronic timing in Sweden. We are located in Kungsbacka.

We do timing and results presentation for most of the larger events in sports such as running, ski events, MTB, triathlon, cycling, enduro and inline skating. We are a full service partner for our customers in terms of online registration, timing, results processing incl. live web results, apps and SMS results plus additional products like event office, bib numbers and starter package production.

We are searching for and pro-active, enthusiastic and responsible all-round member with technical and IT background to support our team.

We want you to be responsible for our resource planning and storage, IT and timing equipment as well as handling transport and logistics.
You will travel around the country and even abroad to coordinate and support our timing event crews and to plan and lead our in-house production team for bib numbers and starter packages.
