HansaWorld, a global ERP and CRM business software vendor, is seeking to employ an experienced design professional as Graphic Designer for our HQ Marketing team based in Tallinn or Stockholm.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation and development of design solutions that have a high visual impact. Your designs are required for a variety of products and activities such as websites, advertising, magazines, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual 'brand'. We offer superb training and career development opportunities with a friendly and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the overall strategy by developing bespoke, emotive and individual concepts, imagery and information graphics
- Creating clean and beautiful designs
- Conducting quality assurance of the marketing material and brand protection
- Providing support to the marketing team with design related tasks
- Being the main point of contact for all design-related issues
- Responsible for all the marketing printed material
- Design and coordination of marketing material for exhibitions (posters, roll ups, banners and the like)
- Creating ads for Facebook, Google, Landing pages and other online content
- Understanding and adhering to the quality standards and procedures established by the company
- Other day to day tasks

- Self starter and self-motivated

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (we substitute educational requirements for relevant experience)
- Few years experience in a creative design role
- IT literate
- Experience in a fast paced office environment
- Excellent English language skills
- Advanced skills using Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

Organisation Relationships:
The Marketing Designer reports directly to the Marketing Manager and to other HQ staff when required.
