Costumer service agent fluent in Italian

Job description
Within Thules customer service department you will work in an inspirational and entrepreneurial environment. Your day-to-day tasks may vary, which will include written incoming errands, placing customer orders and some administration. You will interact with and help Italian- and English-speaking customers by providing answers, advice and sharing your expertise related to Thules products. Therefore, we are imagining that you are comfortable and secure in expressing yourself, both orally and in writing, in the two languages, Italian and English.

We are looking for you who: Is fluent in the Italian and English language both written and oral.
Has an interest in service and administration.
Comes across as a positive team-player who easily adapts to new environments.
Is responsible and takes own actions, is detail oriented and understands your contribution to the whole business chain.
Acts as a role model for your colleagues through your positive mindset and ability to find solutions.
Has an ability to communicate in Swedish or other Nordic languages is preferable but not a demand.
You will become employed by Barona with who offers several benefits stated in the union agreement. The employment will be full time and accessed immediately or upon agreement. The role will initially run for 6 months with the possibility of an extension.

Recruiting process
This recruitment process will include interviews with both Barona and Thule. You will also be asked to participate in two work related psychological tests and finally, we will conduct a reference and background check.
Interviews will be conducted parallel to the application time and the employment may be assigned before the last application date – so don’t hesitate to apply right away!
