Reporting to the Country IS Manager, you will be an important member of the Country IS team ensuring business divisions enjoy a strong continuous improvement in IS/IT services while operational and project costs are fully controlled.
The IS Controller role cover Controlling and Accounting duties and responsibilities related to IS/IT Services in Sweden. This includes Global IS services allocations to business, Country IS services costs and total IS cost reporting.


Your responsibilities
Manage the monthly closing process to strict deadlines including reconciliations and IS cost reporting
Allocation of IS/IT costs to local business areas
Lead the Country IS/IT Budget and Forecast preparations
Compliance, including relevant SOX-controls
Day to day tasks within in area of responsibility, e.g., follow up time recording, invoice handling, ad hoc reporting, IS Assets handling, IS investment proposals
Continuous improvement in area of responsibility
Other requests and reporting as required by management
Participate in ABB Controller communities for Swedish controllers and IS controllers



Your background
Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration and Economics or higher
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably from accounting and/or controlling
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to communicate and collaborate openly and effectively with many diverse stakeholders in a complex organization
Fluency in English in both speech and writing
Highly organized and self-motivated
Experience with SAP or similar large ERP system
Experience from IT and ABB are a merit
