Country Manager SCM EMEA - Sweden

The Country manager is responsible for: Local Contract management, Policies & Procedures, Local sourcing & Supplier management activites in line with the processes and strategy defined at the regional level. This includes transactional procurement. All local purchasing activities and resources in the local country and provides support to all regional and global activities. ASL and qualification of suppliers process. The local resources including matrix responsibility for the resources that are solid line reporting respectively to the Regional Managers.

Facilitate interaction with local Country Management and Business Stakeholders. Participate in local staff meetings as respresentative of the Supply Chain Organization. Interact with the Regional Managers within SCM EMEA. Identify and recruit all local direct report employees and support hiring of employees for the Category Management and Project teams to proactively lead staff in responsible area activites, in coordination with the Regional Managers.

Drive effective application and utilization of HuP principles, behavioral differentiation, and CAPs across SCM organization in the country. Manage complete SCM country budget process and staff levels to meet or exceed corporate objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory entities by coordinating with SCM teams. Accountable to support the establishment/maintenance of the Supply Chain Management processes, controls, systems, policies related to SCM from level 1 to level 3.

The Country manager reports to SCM Director in EMEA and matrix to local management.

Kvalifikationer:

Required: Bachelor or Master degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent by experience. Miniumum 6-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, with emphazise on Sourcing and Procurement. Experience in Category management is a desire. Successful experience in leading teams. Strategic and analytical orientation. Ability to lead and manage organizational change. Effective communicator both written and oral. Swedish and English fluently spoken and written.

Desired: Experience in the SAP system. Experience in Ariba P2P, IASTA (and/or other E procurement platforms.
