Craft Brewer with practical US experiences

We are currently looking for a craft brewer with more than six months practical experiences of US Craft brewing Industry.

Permanent position from 1 of August 2014 - Night shifts
Job description:
Production Team Member
Yeast handling and fermentation management
Beer filtration and carbonation
Record, organize and analyze brewing and fermentation data
Run CIP procedures on all vessels and lines used in brewing operations and maintain a clean and sanitary brewery

Position Requirements
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:
Master Brewer
More than six months practical experiences of US Craft brewing.
IndustryAdvanced QC/QA practice in laboratory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and a focused self starter.
Great work ethic.
Energetic and goal oriented.
Self motivated and hard working

Fluent in English
Education Level Required:
Master Brewer
High School
