Thule Group are now searching for a creative Graphic Illustrator to the Design Department in Hillerstorp, close to Värnamo.
With a steadily growing product portfolio and to maintain Thule Group in the forefront in the field of graphic design the team has to be strengthened up with a new talented member.
As a Graphic Illustrator you will be involved in the development of new products such as equipment for cycling-, water- and winter sports, roof boxes, multi-functional strollers and bags etc.
As a Graphic Illustrator you will be responsible for graphic design and design of originals, both for print and digital media. You work closely with industrial designers, other graphic designers / illustrators but you will also be a member in cross functional project teams when developing products from concept to industrializing.

The main task as a Graphic Illustrator is that you shall develop and execute technical documentation in the shape of printed fitting instructions and digital animations, visually in line with the brand guidelines and with an efficient use of the information at hand e.g. SolidWorks cad files etc.

One key challenge for this positon is to help develop methodology for a streamlined work flow and a more efficient use of product information within the organization as well as integrating the software (preferably SolidWorks Composer) in the daily work of technical documentation.

In addition to graphic design and illustration work you will be part of Thule Group's improvement efforts that contribute to improving their own work situation and work processes in relation to internal and external customers.

Your profile:
You are a pro-active enthusiastic person with an entrepreneurial drive, a “can do attitude” and a team player.
We trust you have a structured and professional approach with flexibility in mind and consistent in delivery.
To succeed in this role we believe you are excellent in creative problem solving as well as the ability to relate to and explain technical solutions.
Former experience from graphic design/Illustration for print and animation is seen as an great advantage.
Preferably you have gained former experience in some of the following design tools; Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, SolidWorks and SolidWorks Composer.
An important requirement is that you have an Academic University degree in related fields – Engineering or Graphic design/Illustration or equivalent documented experience in graphical knowledge as well as fluency in English and Swedish.
