CRM Project Manager

You will be a major player in increasing the revenue stream from e-mails to end-users across Europe (focus is on the Scandinavian countries). Your primary task will be to develop and maintain automated/trigger based e-mails but you will also be a part of the daily execution of our newsletters.

Your tasks include:
Execute ongoing newsletters for the permission base
Develop and optimize trigger based e-mails - both stand alone and flows
Follow-up and analyse e-mail performance
Structure, optimize and maintain transactional emails
Project management of new CRM initiatives across departments

Your Qualifications:
Today you probably have a similar position in an e-commerce company and have a
minimum of 2 years experience with e-mail marketing,
High energy level and strong work ethics
Self-driven and independent
Good with numbers
Hands on experiences with trigger based emails
Very business oriented and focus on creating value/revenue for the company
Used to work with Google Analytics
Bachelor and/or Master degree
Knowledge of responsive design and HTML will be an advantage
