We are now looking for our CRM champion to guide our development, launch and continuous utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM, globally at TePe. You will become our subject matter expert in our CRM and guide our multi-national organization throughout the implementation of the system across the Swedish parent company and at subsidiaries. Your role is critical to support the roll-out and progress the use and enhancement of the CRM. A key task will be to motivate users to adopt best practices and plan new requests and features to gain optimal solution benefits.

As part of the Sales Innovation Team, you will belong to a new service group within TePe serving as a think-tank, incubator, coordinator, and driver of new ideas and concepts to revenue streams for the TePe organization.

Responsibilities include

- Project management, planning and ownership of the process around TePe’s CRM.
- Roll-out management of TePe's CRM implementation throughout the TePe Group.
- Development of the CRM system in synergy with TePe's sales processes, projects, growth targets and future strategy.
- Develop Training process and empower high user competence in the system.
- Ensure that the right data is gathered and structured for future analysis.
- Creating best practices for supporting users.
- Help to establish ideal working methods for the sales processes and customer management.
- Function as bridge between Sales (customer), Marketing (analysis) and IT (technology and integration) and work close to our Subsidiaries and Export Team.


Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience from a similar role and with hands-on project management experience with CRM systems
- Competence with specifying requirements towards CRM suppliers and integrators


- A good understanding of business and organization, and the value that a CRM brings
- Experience as a change agent within an organizational transformation
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. Qualifications in German is highly desirable.


To succeed in this role, you will need to champion the benefits that a CRM solution brings to an organization and transfer this passion to the users of the CRM and supporting tools. We would ideally prefer that you have worked with several different modules within CRM systems, and experience from lead & opportunity management and marketing automation is a big bonus. The emphasis is on the users and the benefit gained from the tool, rather than the technical aspects of the system itself.
