Electrolux EMEA is looking for a digitally savvy CRM specialist with an analytical mindset, to join the digital CRM team in Stockholm for a 10 month period (Nov 17-Aug 18)

Electrolux is placing a renewed emphasis on the ‘Ownership Experience’, that part of the consumer lifecycle post appliance purchase. We are making substantial investments in CRM as part of our overall consumer marketing efforts to drive brand engagement and maximise revenue opportunities.
As Digital CRM Specialist within the digital CRM team, you will be playing an important role in creating and delivering a best in class post purchase experience throughout the digital touchpoints, driving consumer retention and brand loyalty.

You will be responsible for leading and driving projects within the post purchase area. The role has impact with many cross-organizational stakeholders at various levels, strong communicative and project management skills will be demanded. Result tracking and analyzing the performance of the initiatives will be an important part of the job. The projects will vary in size and complexity, and will among other things include:

* Driving development of features and functionality for the post purchase related part of the brand website, (such as for example logged in view-functionality, service booking features, chat functions etc.) 
* Actively participate in the major CRM transformation program ‘Concent’, ensuring that delivery meets the set requirements, as well as Electrolux’s vision for ownership/CRM
* Content development to support the onboarding phase of the consumer journey

We are looking for a digitally savvy project leader with an analytical mindset. Any previous experience within the area of CRM is a big plus. You will be reporting to the digital CRM manager in the digital marketing team.
 
Position requirements

- Relevant university degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Well digital experienced
 
- Capable of leading international digital projects with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills, data driven mindset. Detail-oriented and well organized
- Very “digitally savvy”
- Creative and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude
- Proven collaborator and team player
- Excellent English in spoken and written. Knowledge of any additional European language is a plus
