Test and Insights is a global team with world class CRO Specialists, Web Analysts and Frontend Developers, who work cross functional in close collaboration with Product Owners. What you will do:
You will drive both small incremental tests and larger strategic changes to the customer journey
You will work with problem solving with all aspects of experimentation, web-analysis and visual analytics from ideation through to follow-up in a cross functional environment
Understand user and business needs. Identify opportunities to constantly improve the customer experience
Drive A/B-tests through ideation, set-up, facilitation, capturing of results and analysing the outcome
Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Advance our analytical capability of user behavior

Furthermore, we believe you are:
You have proven experience of working with CRO and are passionate about data driven decisions
You have a degree in Digital Analytics or related field
You are familiar with, and enthusiastic about, web-analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Visual Analytics, for example Content Square
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a phenomenal communication capability
It’s an advantage if you have experience from Optimizely’s experimentation and personalisation platform or a background in customer analysis and qualitative/quantitative research
It would also be great if you have worked at a large enterprise business or within the retail industry
You are fluent in both spoken and written English
