• CSA Project Manager

of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data center projects in 9 different European countries,
equating to over 311MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join our team in Sweden.





Responsibilities:
· Manage overall project costs, schedules and budgets
· Manage Sub Contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants
· Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip
· Review construction proposals and related pricing & scopes
· Run and lead client & other required meetings
· Monitor & identify factors that influence construction costs to create reports on this data
· Knowledge and experience with all methods of construction procurement and long lead equipment.
· Review, validate and audit cost estimates prepared by sub-contractors and others within a client's organization
· Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction
· Track and ensure equipment is met as per the project schedule
· Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the project
· Review and approve final invoices, payment applications, retention payments
· Oversee and manage the transfer of the construction to the client including all close out documentation and warranties





Skills / Qualifications:





· 5 years of experience in a similar role, within Engineering, Project Delivery or related discipline
· Bachelors degree in Construction Mgmt/Engineering is preferred but not essential

· Data Center experience is advantageous
· Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
· Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required
