Vestas Northern Europe Service are responsible for the Service of wind farms throughout these Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work.
The Service Department in Nordic is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The CSM Coordinator will primarily support the CSM organisation in communication and documentation matters. This role will work closely together with other members of the CSM team, but will also have close collaboration with Service Management, Operations and other internal stakeholders, as well as customer contact when needed.
The Service is a growing area within Vestas, and you will be involved in an exciting journey.
Responsibilities
Streamline communication
Preparing and coordinating external communication on relevant topics
Supporting the CSM team on communication matters, e.g. official replies to legal matters
Creating and preparing communication and presentation templates
Creating and coordinating internal newsletter and other communication, through relevant channels
Being the main CSM contact towards Vestas Public relations
Keeping a close relationship internally to be aware of current and upcoming events
Supporting CSM team on document and information matters, including GDPR
Ad hoc tasks related to documentation and communication
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree within Business Administration, Public Relations or similar
Experience from working with communication
Experience from working on contractual/legal communication is a nice have
High business understanding
High-level skills in MS Office
Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and a minimum of one Nordic language is required, good understanding of other Nordic language
Competencies
