WTS has innovated, designed and developed Trax, a small personal GPS-tracker that can be monitored on an App or web interface. Trax is specifically designed for children 2-7 years old and pets. These users require a product that is small in size, lightweight and doesn't get in the way of play. Parents and pet owners require reliable products. Trax is designed with high quality components and smart technology that meet all the above requirements. Its appearance, features and functions are unique on the market.

We are now looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to be part of our growing team to support over 33 countries and making lives better!




Job description:

Your main task will be to providing our customers with the real meaning of support. We do not just solve problems and answer questions, we provide real service!
You will do this by answering and managing requests from customers and other sources by email and phone.
You will also keep an eye on the customer needs and add to our growth.
Other tasks could include projects and administrative work.
You will receive 2 weeks of training to get you started.




Your schedule:

- Working hours between 8:00-22:00, Monday to Saturday, in shifts.
- Hourly wage with opportunity of full time employment.
- Employment from September 2014.




Your profile:

- Previous experience in customer service work
- Proficient computer skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Fluent in both writing and speech in one of the languages below*.
- Positive and service minded with passion
- Team player with personal skills and qualities to add to the team!
- Able to work independently with good structure.
- Secondary education and above. Higher education a merit.

*Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian.
Multilingual skills a merit.
