In this position we offer an excellent opportunity to join our team of experienced Customer Experience Partners, where you will gain experience within both Sales and Customer Service.

This position will support the External Sales team to manage and grow assigned accounts and hunt leads for new customers in line with the organisational strategy, goals, policies and processes.

In this role, you will also gain industry knowledge, international experience, better communication skills and techniques relevant to customer service and sales.

This vacant position is located at the Scandinavia head office at Mölndalsvägen, Gothenburg. Start date is as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
- To deliver a positive customer experience for all customers and to ensure a smooth execution of the shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams
- Hunt leads and follow up on opportunities for new customers, lost or inactive accounts as well as regular accounts. This includes conducting campaigns and sales promotions across customer opportunities.
- Identify when leverage of external sales face to face interaction would benefit the customers relationship or where large potential profitability has been identified.
- Ensure all products and services are sold to the customer to maximise Safmarine profitability
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders including effectively handover of terms and conditions agreed with customers to our global service centre team.
- Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction and experience on interaction with customers.
- Promoting the Safmarine Brand in daily interactions through various channels and agreed media.

The candidate should preferably have a degree within shipping or other commercial field.
Previous shipping knowledge is an advantage.

The candidate needs to be fluent (verbal and written) in English and Swedish.
