Customer Manager for Brazil - Substitute

Glorious Games is looking for a Native (Brazilian) Portuguese speaker to join our Customer Service team during the Christmas Holidays (19th of December until the 5th of January).

As Customer Manager for the Brazilian market, you will be responsible for managing the communities of our two main products: Stardoll and Stardoll Stylista. You will manage the forum, answer questions from our members in Portuguese and in general communicate with our players in order to keep the community fun, engaging and safe.

You will be responsible to keep the site updated in Portuguese, so occasional translations may come up.

You will also be responsible for the Blog and the localization of other marketing tools.

The position is based in Stockholm.

Qualifications

Native Portuguese speaker (Brazilian)

Previous experience translating from English to Portuguese

Work experience from customer service and/or sales

Fluent in English, as it is the company language

Excellent understanding of the target audience and their online culture
