The Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department has an open and informal culture, where team work and good communication is the key to our success. Responsibilities and tasks

As our Customer Service Advisor (Finland) you will be part of an expanding customer service management team and will be handling large, highly competent customers as well as furthering our service presence in Finland. You will be the customer?s principal channel for dialogue with Nordic Service in Finland, Sweden and elsewhere as needed. Your role is to ensure effective communication and to champion the customer?s needs and wishes.

Your main responsibilities and tasks will be divided into two areas:
1. Customer Business Relations
- Receive incoming calls, email and take customer requests
- Pro-actively seek opportunities to establish and expand our sales of spare parts and other after sales products and services including execution of sales campaigns
- Carry out simpler service contract negotiation (renewal/renegotiation) to ensure profitability and a solid, long-term relationship.
- General financial follow-up with customers including overdue accounts
- Reporting and administrative work related to customer
- Contractual interpretation
- Meetings internally with Vestas and externally with customers requiring preparation, travel and follow-up

2. Customer Service Administration
- Provide first level technical and operational support to customers
- Ensure effective communication with our planning team.
- Forward all other requests to the relevant department and follow up on the progress.
- Keep customers informed on the progress of planned and unplanned service and notify them of any possible delays.
- Maintain personal records of all contact with each customer and check contract coverage of incoming work requests.
- Create errands and follow-up issues via telephone, email and personal meetings ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with service delivery
- Create of service orders and other instructions to service technicians and other parts of the service organisation.

Qualifications and work experience
- A relevant university degree (in a commercial or technically related discipline) or significant work experience in manufacturing or engineering services industry.
- At least 2 years? experience in a customer service role, ideally gained in a long term relationship building environment.
- Experience with handling demanding, professional B2B customers
- Good business sense and understanding of legal and commercial contract terms and conditions
- Strong customer focus skills and with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of SAP in a similar role would be a great advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus
