About the position
We are a young and fast growing company that works with game development.
Today our customer service office is based in Stockholm with a staff consisting of about 10 people. Because of the increasing amount of customer inquires we are now looking for a person to join the team to help them answer questions via e-mail. The position is full time.

Tasks
As part of the customer service team your responsibility will be to answer incoming e-mails from customers around the world. The incoming questions includes problems regarding login, accounts and billing.
You are going to work in a team and will always have someone to ask if you run into any problems. We also have an internal helpline accessible via Skype who handles questions of bigger magnitude.

What we are looking for
A person with a passion for IT and administration who possesses extensive computer skills and feel comfortable in taking on new tasks even if its something you are totally unfamiliar to. Because of our global client base its very important that you are proficient in english, writing and speaking. Its also a big plus if you have experience or knowledge about the US market where a large portions of our clients are based.
As a person you are social and service oriented and knows the customer always comes first. You have the ability to work independently but have no problems with teamwork. You are a problem solver who is always looking to find the source of the problem and how to fix it. And of course we want you to share our passion for gaming and game development. If you are familiar with the online gaming community that is an extra plus.
