Are you a service minded and experienced customer service agent? Are you also fluent in German and looking for an opportunity in a successful Swedish firm? MultiMind is looking for a customer service officer for our client in Kista. This is a consultancy opportunity starting asap.

The company Our client is a successful goods and services company operating in the automotive industry. It is present in Sweden and across the rest of Europe. The company has its headquarters in Kista (Sweden), but is also represented in Belgium, Norway and Germany. The number of employees at the end of 2016 was just shy of 100 people. At the moment, they are undergoing rapid growth both organically and through acquisitions.

The role In this role your main responsibilities is to act liaison between the company and authorized repairers and end customers regarding complaints and other matters.

Main tasks:

• Handling calls and email from customers and repairers. • Handling of complaints • Handling of cases in ZenDesk and from MAC • Handling of Returns & Claims • Processing of certificate cases • Translation & AdHoc assignments

Your profile To be successful in this role, we believe that you are an independent and service minded person with the following qualificatons :

• Secondary education • Fluent skills in German and English. • Good phone & computer skills

Experience working in any of the following systems is an advantage: • Business system MS Dynamics Navision • Zendesk • MS Office
