Customer Service Coordinators, Customer Service Centre North & Overseas, location Borlänge, Sweden

Customer Service Centre North & Overseas is responsible for the order handling and customer service for all Printing and Reading customers in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Additionally, this Customer Service Centre is responsible for the agent business order handling and serves Stora Enso?s overseas sales offices on behalf of Printing & Reading mills.

The positions are summer jobs during the summer of 2014.

Responsibilities
The main tasks of the Customer Service Coordinator are:
-Daily contact with Stora Enso?s customers, agents and overseas sales offices
-Responsible for the complete order process from intake to delivery including invoicing
-Track stock levels and stock categories
-Issue invoices/rebates/credit-notes
-Maintain customer related system data (BDS) and price agreements
-Communicate on a daily level with account management, mill order planning, Stora Enso Logistics, customs, Chamber of Commerce, banks
-Claim handling process


Requirements
Applicant should preferably have:

-University degree or ongoing studies at university level
-Experience in sales and customer service
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Pro-active and commercial attitude, ability to analyze situations and solve problems
-Ability to perform many different tasks simultaneously under time pressure
-Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and Swedish, other
languages are an advantage
