On behalf of our customer, Add logistics is looking for an Customer Service Coordinator with experience from the shipping industry for a temp position.
Description
As Customer Service Coordinator in the Global Ocean Service Center team your tasks will include the following:
- Working in daily operations with bookings and transport documentation
- Following up and securing the operational performance of ocean carriers and other related suppliers
- Following up and securingh deliveries from container stuffing partners
- Communicating, informing and assisting the mills and the business areas Customer Service Centers regarding ocean container transports
- Maintaining system accuracy
- Together with your Team Leader, coordinating Sales Plans with stakeholders and Customer Service Centers
The position holder will report to Manager Overseas Services and Sea Operations and belong to a team of approximately 12 employees in the Global Ocean Service Center.
The assignment is a temporary position running over approximately 4-5 months starting immediately.
Requirements
The position requires the following:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent
- Relevant working experience, in particular involving Ocean container transports
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent cooperation skills, including the ability to work in an international evironment
- Willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility
- Ability to self-motivate
- Analytical skills
- Fluency in English, Swedish. Knowledge of German is preferred.
