Customer Service Representative Malmö

We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join Univar in our Malmö office. This is a temporary position for 12 months to cover a maternity leave and the start date would be June 1st 2014. The person will report to the Customer Service Manager responsible for the Nordic team within Chemicals.

Key Responsibilities
To be responsible for taking and registering orders in a correct manner

To monitor delivery information and take appropriate action
To issue credit and debit memos

To ensure that correct certifications are submitted along with delivery to customer

To create quotations on request

To efficiently communicate with customers and colleagues in a service minded manner

To answer incoming phone calls to joined telephone line

To build strong, proactive relationships with customers to develop growth opportunities and ensure customer retention

To register customer complaints and refer to appropriate function for action

To cooperate with other functions within the company to ensure high quality customer service

We Are Looking For

Experience: Previous experience, minimum 1 year within the last 3 years, in customer service with similar tasks.

Understanding of working in an international environment. Previous work in SAP advantageous.

Languages: Fluent written and spoken in Swedish and English. An understanding of the other Nordic languages is seen as highly advantageous.

Personality: Reliable, business oriented and service minded. Excellent communication skills verbally and written. Flexible and able to adjust to current conditions
