About the role

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at SAM Nordic you are covering the gap between customer service and sales, between the interest of the company and the customers as well as between product expertise and the needs of the customer. In this role you will work with customers in Finland and the Baltic countries.

As a CSM at SAM Nordic you work as an advisory function with knowledge of our products and offerings. Your role includes helping existing and new customers with everything from training to installation with the preparation of radioactive pharmaceuticals/nuclear medicine. As a CSM, you work strictly according to the industry´s rules and guidelines. It is important that you stay updated on customers business and that you contribute with your skills through a structured and creative problem-solving process. Your role includes travel and overnight stays in connection with customer meetings and congresses.

Responsibilities

- Customer relations in Finland and Baltics

- Help new customers with training and education

- Visit existing customers regularly to build good relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their needs and challenges

- Ensuring that Finnish and Baltic customer contracts are up to date

- Support customer service at SAM Nordic regarding product specific questions

- Represent SAM Nordic in the company’s stand at various meetings and congresses within nuclear medicine and oncology

We are looking for

To be successful in this role you have:

- A background as a Nurse, Biomedical Scientist, Pharmacist or similar

- Practical experience with preparation of radioactive pharmaceuticals/nuclear medicine or cytostatic

- And are located in Finland or Sweden

- Fluency in Finnish and have a very good understanding of English

- Be able to travel to customer meetings in Finland and the Baltics, internal meetings (Stockholm), congresses and events

- Valid driving license

It is an advantage if you

- Have experience in sales

- Are fluent in Swedish

- Have knowledge in some Baltic language

- Positive, curious and with strong interpersonal skills and committed
