About the role 
Talentech is seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to join a high-impact, high-performing CS team. In Talentech we are digitalizing HR, and our mission is to make our customers excel at HR through the use of our Saas solutions. The core CS team consists of eight people and is distributed in different offices. In this role you will get the opportunity to work closely with our group Chief Customer Officer Learning Lab as well as our local Head of CS. Together, the CS team is responsible for Talentech Groups Customer Success strategies as well as our systems in the area. 

Among other things you will be working with improving/building better processes and workflows, as well as contributing to a data strategy on everything that occurs post-sale at Talentech.  

 The CS Operations Manager will report directly to the CCO and can work out of Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Gdansk.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work with the company's leadership, including to define, launch and drive strategic and operational CS programs. 
• Point-person for all Customer Success tools and systems. 
• Streamline upsell process along with managing pipeline with respective field leaders.  
• Point-person for all CS related KPI reporting (Quarterly, Monthly ) 
• Own and drive program management (scope, budget, schedule, execution) for strategic and operational initiatives 
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in establishing tools and systems, key organizational metrics, and architecting and executing other operationally strategic projects. 
• Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks; develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices. 
• Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business challenges. 
• Find opportunities to drive efficiencies and automate tasks for the team  

Qualifications: 

• BA/BS degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
• 6 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company 
• Experience with Customer Success Tools( Planhat, ChurnZero or other) 
• Knowledge of Hubspot, PowerBI, , MS Project  
• Experience in business operations, service operations, customer success or sales operations is preferred
