In the role as Customer Support Engineer you will be a part a global support and will play a key role when it comes to our customer deliveries. The idea is that you will both work as a helicopter technician in Linköping and at the customer's site, but also train and supervise the customer's own technicians on site so that they can service and maintain the systems on their own. Depending on the scope of the contract and the number of technicians, these assignments can last anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months. This position will initially be a helicopter technician position where you will get a chance to learn the systems from scratch. As you become self-sufficient when it comes to the technical aspects, your role will include a supervisory, educational function and technical customer support.

You become part of the Support and Flight Operation team.

In the role as Customer Support Engineer you will:

- Maintaining helicopters and ground stations.

- Ride with the delivery team and do start-up with the customers.

- Training and supervising customer staff.

- Be on-site with the customer while they become self-sufficient within the systems.

- Be the customer's contact person both on-site and from home.

- When you become self-sufficient in this position, it will mean a number of longer journeys depending on the customers' needs and the complexity of the assignment.

You are comfortable when it comes to communicating and place great value on collaboration both internally and externally.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have Helicopter licences B1 and B2. We would like you to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a helicopter technician. It is meritorious if you have Helicopter Licence B1.4.

For this position, high demands are placed on English in speech and writing

Additional qualifications: Knowledge of other languages.

Workplace: You are stationed in Linköping, but the position means that you will work in different places in Sweden and around the world.
Type of employment: Full-time.
Start: Immediately with regard to notice period.
Travel: Occurs in the service.
