About our Company
Holiday Phone AB helps makes it cheap and simple for travelers to make phone call and surf the internet while away on vacation outside of their home country. Our company started in 2010 selling telephony solutions to Swedish travelers. In 2011 and 2012 the business expanded to almost 30 destinations including sales to customers in Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States. Sales are conducted online form our offices in Southern Stockholm.

Job Duties
Duties include answering questions about our products and services from existing customers as well as new customers from other countries, via mail, chat and telephone. You will also handle customer delivers of those orders delivered by pick up.

Language Knowledge
We require that English is your native tongue. Must be native! You will need to be fluent in both speech and writing. Knowledge in any other language is not required but it is desirable.

Computer Skills
As our company is web-based it is important that your computer skills are strong. General knowledge of the internet as well as basic computer skills are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive is strongly encouraged. We also request an average typing speed of at least 40 wpm.

Your Background
We are seeking someone that is humble and enjoys helping people while being able to explain things sufficiently. The ability to multi-task is required to handle the operations of our customer service.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer support or customer relations field (i.e. experience in sales work).
