Customer support with a logistic focus

Role description
We are looking for a customer support talent to our client in Landskrona.
You will have a technical support role in the export department where you will be the link between logistic centers and distributors. You will plan transports to distributors and confirm orders. Additionally, preparing documents for export, ensuring that outgoing invoices are correct and handling complaints is included in your tasks.



You will be employed with Manpower for working at our client's office located in Landskrona. It is a full-time assignment, starting as soon as possible and with no known end date at present.

Passion for logistics and customer support
You thrive when working with customer support and you are a self-driven team player. You have a solution-oriented personality and you are adaptable to changes in the regular work day as well as to organizational changes. Logistics and technical support is a big interest for you.



Previous experience from a similar customer focused role, at least for 2 years, is a prerequisite for the role and we believe that you have a technical degree. Since you will be communicating with clients in Eastern Europe the role requires both English and German on a professional level.
