Work description
You will join the Tech Security & Risk function, part of our IT department (future Business Tech). Our role is to enable the whole organization to achieve the desired level of security and compliance. Our goal is to bring value to our business, help our colleagues to take risk-conscious decision, integrate security and privacy by-design in our tech delivery and manage threats and IT continuity, both before and after a breach.

Description of the project/team:
• You will join the Security Culture & Competence team. Our mission is to empower our colleagues and allow them to act safely in our new digital world, through the creation, delivery and measuring of an engaging security culture program.
• Our vision is for all our colleagues to be part of the team protecting our company against cyber-threats.
• To achieve this, we need to actively change behaviors and not only push information. We want to encourage "good habits" and make them stick. And we do this in a very positive and fun way.
• You will work mostly from our offices in Stockholm, with the Head of Security Culture & Competence.
• You will need to collaborate with different IT/Business Tech teams, but also potentially Group Security, Data Privacy Office and Communication.

As part of the Security Culture & Competence team, you will work on various projects aiming at improving our security culture and competences. This might include the following;
• Developing awareness and training material such as infographics, videos, presentations, sharepoint, both content (with support from experts) and form.
• Following-up on security behaviors by creating and launching a security and risk behavior and culture survey to our colleagues
• Helping organizing or animating awareness events
• Writing email newsletters

Who are you?
We are looking for you that have 2 years or more experience with IT and information security awareness/culture. You have at least 4 years´ experience with communications in IT/Tech. You have previously worked with design, change management, behavioral psychology and project management. You have the ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications. You also have the ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors. Furthermore, you have the ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments. Finally, you are fluent in English and Swedish and used to Office 365, Adobe CC, Canva and survey solutions.

As a person you are highly motivated and appreciate challenges. You are autonomous, proactive, curious and open-minded.

The assignment
